Shipping
All oders will be shipped within 24 hours after order is received.
We will ship via UPS ground whenever possible.
Returns
E-mail or call us at (717) 267-3177 for authorization to return.
No returns will be accepted without proper authorization. All
products should be in original packaging.
Directions to make your return or exchange by mail
- Include all original packing
materials whenever possible to better protect the product.
- Indicate reason for return.
- We recommend items be returned
via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. We also
recommend that you reuse the original shipping carton and packing
materials.
- You are responsible for all
freight charges. However, you will be credited for all damaged,
defective, or wrong items shipped. Please include the postal
receipt in your return package.

the return quickly. Please allow 14-21 days. Refunds will be
credited to the original purchasing credit card account number

All prices are in U.S. Dollars and subject to change without notice.
Sharing
We may use an outside
shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing
company to bill users for goods and services. These companies
do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information
for any secondary purposes.
Errors on Our Site
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Gardens by Grace reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Gardens by Grace will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
